I am a 47 year old female down to 18.9% BF. At this point to lean down to my BF goal of 13% cardio is necessary. Weightlifting is my go to but cardio burns of that last bit of fat you need gone to show those abs. This app is an incredible motivator for me - great music, easy to follow instructions on how to position your body and set the resistance (I use it for elliptical and stationary bike). .
